PERSONALIZED ASSESSMENT

The personalized assessment identifies specific care needs and determines the senior living options that best meet the cognitive, health, physical, and social needs. We create a detailed profile to help your selected communities learn about your loved one's specific care necessities. 

EXPLORING COMMUNITY OPTIONS

We provide virtual tours to narrow your search to three selected communities based on the parameters discussed in our initial meeting. We access information for most communities and provide recent reviews and state surveys. We never suggest your loved one go anywhere that we would not place our own family.

COMMUNITY VISITS

We schedule and accompany you and your family on in-person tours. Unlike other companies, we are there throughout the visit as this can be the most overwhelming part of choosing a community. We arrange breakfast or lunch on-location so you can experience the variety of meals and engage in the community's atmosphere. We ask the right questions during your visit so you can make informed choices for your loved one's needs. Once you select the community of your choice, we will negotiate discounted rates to save thousands of dollars. 

GUIDANCE WITH MOVING

After choosing a new home, we guide you through the details and

process of moving in. From obtaining paperwork from primary care physicians to scheduling a community-based assessment, we want to welcome our clients and ensure they feel at home from their initial arrival. We also provide referrals if clients need to sell their homes or furniture and find a mover.

SETTLING IN YOUR NEW HOME

After the move, we follow up to ensure you or your loved one are happy and adjusting to their new home. We understand that transitioning to a new place takes time, and a familiar, caring person can make a difference. We want to be the smiling face you see before, during, and after your move into your new community.
